Steak & Shake

Get ready for a rocking Sukkot party with J-HYPE!    We are going all out with meat this holiday. Do you like smoked brisket? Lots of it? How about smoked chicken wings?    

A very good friend of J-HYPE is donating a brand new smoker for this event and we are #HYPED!    

Join us for a delicious outdoor Texan BBQ in the Beth Rambam Sukkah, including an open bar and live jazz music to bring on the atmosphere.    

We will also be providing a Lulav & Etrog set for anyone wishing to shake in the Sukkah in honor of the holiday. Anyone specifically wanting to shake should ideally come before sunset which will be at 7 pm.    

This event is intended for the members of this group only, and will be capped at 50 people. Everyone is asked to register in advance on our website. There is a $15 ticket fee to attend this event.   

Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided at the event.  J-HYPE takes our members' safety very seriously. All decisions with respect to in-person programming are made with medical guidance from local infectious disease experts. Our medical director informed us that if we keep a safe distance from each other and wear masks and operate outdoors, those are adequate precautions and safety measures to run this event. There will be designated socially distanced eating areas in the Sukkah.
